Terms & Conditions

1. Read-Only Access

SectorBoard connects to your business applications in read-only mode only. We do not modify, delete, or write any data back to your connected applications. Any changes to your data must be made directly in the source application.

2. Data Privacy & Security

Your API credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption. We never log, share, or expose your API keys to third parties. Access to your data is controlled by your organisation's role-based permissions. Each organisation's data is fully isolated from other organisations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, managing your team member access, and removing team members when they leave your organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SectorBoard to scrape or export data at scale for resale, reverse-engineer the service, attempt unauthorised access to other organisations' data, or abuse the API with excessive requests. Rate limiting is enforced.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is". Eutaxis is not liable for data loss due to your actions (e.g. deleting connectors), data loss in connected applications, or API changes made by third-party services. Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

6. Service Availability

SectorBoard is provided on a best-effort basis. No guaranteed uptime SLA is offered in the current version. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Users will be notified of planned maintenance at least 7 days in advance.

7. Data Retention & Cancellation

Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. During this period, you may reactivate your account without data loss. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Plans & Pricing

SectorBoard is offered on three subscription plans. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Starter — £59/month: unlimited KPIs, up to 4 connectors, 3 seats, and 5 read-only board viewers.
• Growth — £169/month: unlimited KPIs, up to 10 connectors, 7 seats, and unlimited read-only board viewers.
• Scale — £399/month: unlimited KPIs, unlimited connectors, unlimited seats, and unlimited read-only board viewers.

"Seats" are full user accounts; "board viewers" are read-only accounts with no edit access. Where a plan includes a connector allowance, any additional connectors used above that allowance are billed automatically as overage at £8 per connector per month. The Scale plan includes unlimited connectors and is not subject to connector overage.

9. SectorBoard Intelligence (AI Add-On)

"SectorBoard Intelligence" is an optional add-on priced at £99/month, available only on the Growth and Scale plans. It is provided on a fair-use basis: a reasonable monthly allowance of interactive "Ask-your-board" AI queries is included for normal business use by a single organisation. If your organisation's usage materially exceeds normal fair use within a billing month, Ask-your-board responses may be soft-throttled (slowed) for the remainder of that month; the service is not cut off, and full speed resumes at the start of the next billing period. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before throttling applies. Daily AI narratives and automatic KPI threshold setting are not subject to the same interactive metering and remain available throughout the billing period. Fair-use thresholds may be adjusted from time to time with reasonable notice.

10. Billing Cycles & Discounts

You may choose to be billed monthly or annually:

• Monthly: billed each month at the standard plan rate.
• Annual: billed for the equivalent of 10 months (two months free) per 12-month period.

All subscriptions, including any add-ons, automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe, which will appear on your billing statement.

11. Free Trial

New organisations may start a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. During the trial you may explore the full product, subject to reasonable trial limits: a connector limit applies (a small number of connectors per sector), and SectorBoard Intelligence is available as a limited "taster" capped at 25 AI actions in total across the trial so you can experience it before subscribing. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using SectorBoard. If you do not subscribe, or if the trial period elapses without a payment card on file, your account moves to read-only access and data syncing is paused until you subscribe.

12. Failed Payments & Grace Period

If a renewal payment fails, your account remains fully active during a retry period of approximately 7 days while we attempt to collect payment. If payment still cannot be collected after this period, your account is moved to read-only access — your data remains viewable, but data syncing is paused and you cannot add new connectors or KPIs. Your account is not closed. Full access resumes automatically once a payment is successfully processed.

13. Founding Member Programme

The first 20 organisations to subscribe may take the Scale plan at the Starter price of £59/month (the "Founding rate"), available monthly or annually (£590/year). The Founding rate is locked for the lifetime of the subscription, provided the subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription lapses or is cancelled, the Founding rate is no longer guaranteed and may not be available again, and the founding slot is not reopened to other customers. The programme is limited to 20 organisations in total.

14. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Following cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the subscription will not renew. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-month or pro-rata refunds.

15. Price Changes

SectorBoard may change plan pricing, allowances, or add-on pricing from time to time, giving you reasonable advance notice before any change takes effect. Existing Founding Members retain their locked Founding rate in accordance with section 13 for as long as their subscription remains continuously active.

16. Currency

All pricing, billing, and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP) only at launch. We may add support for other currencies, such as US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), in the future. Until then, charges are processed in GBP and your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion fees if your account is denominated in another currency.

17. API Key Security

You are responsible for securing your API keys. If a key is compromised, update it immediately in the dashboard. SectorBoard will never ask for your API key outside the application and will never share keys with third parties.

18. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to your own data. Eutaxis retains rights to the SectorBoard platform, code, and algorithms. You grant Eutaxis a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
